I help nonprofit and mission-driven leaders lead with clarity, steadiness, and purpose.
My coaching philosophy is simple: real change starts from within. When you lead from the highest and best version of yourself, you create lasting impact, at work and in life.
I have grown as a leader, my employees are motivated, and our overall culture is very positive.
My path to this work
I have always been driven.
I wrote my first bucket list at eight, started reading leadership and personal development books as a teenager, and learned early that I loved helping people see what was possible for themselves.
That drive carried me into a high-performance career where I recruited talent, trained hundreds of sales professionals, spoke to large audiences, coached high performers, and rose to the top of my field.
From the outside, it looked like success. But behind the achievement, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what truly mattered.
A diagnosis of mono led to a two-year recovery from adrenal fatigue, and that experience changed everything. It helped me understand what happens when capable leaders are nearing overcapacity and do not have the space to say it honestly.
Today, I help nonprofit CEOs, executive directors, and mission-driven leaders find that same shift, so they can lead with clarity, make decisions that feel aligned, and create impact that lasts.
Here’s what I’ve learned, I don’t come from the nonprofit world, and that turns out to be what my clients value most. I’m not steeped in how it’s ‘always been done,’ so I can help you see what’s hard to see from the inside.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me journaling, practicing yoga, watching Alaskan survival shows, or exploring around Traverse City, Michigan with my pup.

A little more human
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me journaling, practicing yoga, watching
Alaskan survival shows, or exploring around Traverse City, Michigan with my pup.
Because leadership is not separate from life. It is shaped by who we are, what we value,
and how honestly we are willing to pay attention.
